Dr. Quan Anh Nguyen Optometry is offering routine care, prescriptions for glasses and contacts, and management of ocular conditions and disease, not limited to allergies, dry eyes, wet eyes, eye infections, eye trauma (e.g. metal in the eye), glaucoma, pterygiums, cataracts and diabetes.
We are located inside the Walmart in Perris, and are accepting some Vision Service Plans (VSP) and Eyemed. We will review your benefits prior to the start of the examination. All other patients are considered self-pay, and are offered a 10% discount off of the total exam price (refer to the price sheet to the left).
For example…
Routine exams will normally cost $80, but with 10% off, they will be $72 for May 2025.
Eye infections are considered ‘medical services’ and most fall under “Level 2” @ $76.50 or “level 3” @ 112.50, depending on severity and time.
Do you have something going on with your eyes? Ask us for advice, and if Dr. Quan and his team can handle it, we will. If we can’t, we’ll refer to a specialist who can!
